What is included in the service?
The service includes tools to boost your n8n installation, like monitoring, alerting, backup, or documentation. We don't provide hosting services due to sustainable license restrictions.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. The changes will take effect immediately, and any cost adjustments will be prorated.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, there are no hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay. We believe in transparent pricing with no surprises.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. For enterprise plans, we also offer invoicing options.
Do you offer discounts for annual subscriptions?
Yes, we offer a discount for annual subscriptions. By choosing an annual plan, you can save up to 20% compared to the monthly plan.
How many credits do I have and when do they renew?
The free trial runs from October 1 through October 15, 2026, inclusive. During it, Free gets 25 assistant credits/week and Basic gets 50 per fully monitored n8n instance. From October 16, Free has no included weekly credits and Basic includes 25 per fully monitored n8n instance/week. The weekly cup renews every Monday, and you can always buy credit packs.
What happens when my weekly credits run out?
You can buy credit packs to continue — packs are used after your weekly cup. No work is lost; your plans and workflows are kept.
What's included in the free trial and Basic?
Creating, fixing and testing workflows is available on the free trial and Basic. Priced proposals, deploying to your instance, publishing community nodes and planning integrations are advanced paid features.
Do I need my own n8n instance to use the Assistant?
Yes. Add your n8n instance in the dashboard and select it before starting an Assistant task. The Assistant works on the instance you select.
